These trainers may not specifically instruct your child on techniques, but the trainer will be aware of what is acceptable and not in his or her gym. Passing this to your own family is not difficult.

3. Finally, the best tool in learning trampoline jumping safety is none other than your own head. You know what feels right and what doesn't. Never leave your children unattended with a trampoline.
