If you don’t already have a set, it’s time to get some patio furniture for your deck or pool area. If you throw neighborhood parties it may be time furnish your basement. All you need is some playing cards, a couple of barstools, and an affordable dart board to keep your visitors interested.

5. Organize rooms- All of your rooms should be organized. If you have kids, it’s a good idea to lock the doors to your office or maybe even set it up in the far corner of the basement. If you have a mini-bar, keep the alcohol locked up so that your teenager doesn’t throw a party when you’re out of town. Whatever arrangement is needed to keep your guests feeling welcome, there are plenty of affordable options for you. Try looking for some room separating options and custom made locks if you want to maintain a cozy living environment amongst all the chaos.
