You should make sure to stick to this form as much as possible. If the price or work changes, you should get this agreement in writing as well. Never assume that a client will pay for needed work that is needed after you give the quote.

4. Legal Disclaimer With this HVAC service form, you will be protecting you and your client. You will be stating that you are not responsible for some things and that your client is responsible for some things. A legal disclaimer can protect you in court if it is correctly stated and signed.

5. Warranty This is important to you and your client as well. You will be letting your client know how long you promise or guarantee your work.
