Baseball Comforter

Adding the baseball theme to your child's room, means that you are in the market for a baseball comforter. However, just because it is a comforter for the bed, does not mean that is the only place that you can use it. Using a comforter for decorating is not at all uncommon, and can be done tastefully. There are some tips below that will help you along the way.

Of course, you can use a baseball comforter on the bed. Buying matching sheets and blankets for the bed as well is a possibility you might want to consider. You could always make the bed up nice and neat, with the baseball sheets showing, when you fold the bedding down. While using the comforter on the bed, is the most popular place for it, there are other places as well that you could decorate with it in the room.

Another great way to use a baseball comforter is to drape it over the your child's toy box. When you drape the comforter over the top of the toy box, you will have a comforter that is low enough for your child to reach in the event he gets cold and wants to cover up. However, when the comforter is not in use, the comforter will add to the theme of the room, and the decor. This is a great way to decorate with the comforter, and still use it from time to time.

While you are decorating your child's room in the baseball theme, you may also find that you have plenty of open wall space for hanging pictures and such. Don't go for the traditional picture to hang on the wall, but use the baseball comforter, to add to the decor, and theme of the room as well. You can use the comforter as a wall hanging, and show it off proudly by attaching a sleeve to the back of the comforter. This idea is actually used more than you think, and a good idea for decorating, when you want something that is different. This is an excellent way to use a smaller comforter. Using a comforter that is larger than twin size, may not look so good. If you are buying the comforter with this idea in mind, be sure you buy the smaller size.

As you can see, there are many ways that you can decorate your child's room with a baseball comforter. Using these ideas may give you some ideas of your own. However, your child will love their room once you are finished with it.
