Store Them Carefully First of all a word of caution. You need to make sure that you store your buisiness cards very carefully. Have a special holder to keep them in. This way they won't get all bent up when you are carrying them around with you. The last thing you want to do is to hand out a card with your buisiness name on it that is all bent up and dirty. This is definitely bad marketing. So, make sure that they are carefully stored so they look great when you give them out. Always Have Some With You For marketing purposes, you should always have some buisiness cards with you. Have some in your wallet, in your purse, at the desk, and even in your brief case if you are carrying one. This way you can be sure to always have them with you whenever you need one. Whenever you go out, always make sure that you have a few with you. This way if you meet someone and want to give them your card, you are always sure to have one with you. Post Them Where You Can If you can, you may want to post your buisiness cards as well. Many times you'll find that restaurants, libraries, schools, and other stores happen to have up bulletin boards where you can post things. Go ahead and put up one of your cards. Many people look at these bulletin boards when they need a service. This is a great way to get some great advertisement for your buisiness without having to do any work at all. Put Them in Correspondence Last of all, whenever you send out any type of correspondence, throw in one of your buisiness cards. Whether you are sending out mail to family, to friends, to a client, or you are paying your bills, you should put in one of those cards. You never know who will end up with this.
