So besides hair care products your diet is also important that will keep your innards healthy which will have direct impact on your overall health.

If you are busiest person and you have dandruff problems then you can follow the easiest way of controlling dandruff very easily and that is by applying the solution of water and vinegar in the ratio 6: 2 teaspoons on the scalp before going to bed, tying a towel around the head and washing your head next morning followed with rinsing again with vinegar water. This treatment can be carried out once a week for at least three months. You will surely get a positive result.
