If you're a lover of retro sweets, chocolates may have remained to besome of your most favorite ever even as they are still quite widelymisinterpreted. Because they'rescientifically proven to contain antioxidants, they are definitelycapable of making a positive contribution. In fact, a single chocolatebar can provide up to a third of an average adult's daily requirementfor antioxidants which are known to promote health from the cellularlevel. When chocolates have antioxidants, they can't possibly be makingacne worse. They can improve a person's skin conditions, thus, helpingto ease whatever dermatological conditions there arise.

So what's the real deal about acne and why won't it have anything to dowith chocolates? Acne is the products of overactive sebaceous glandswhich make a person produce more oils than normal. It usually happensduring the teenage years and will not be caused by anything external.In fact, it's a purely internal phenomenon, mostly hormonal, and maysimply be one of the passing changes that develop during adolescence.Genetics also play a major part in one's tendency to have oilyoutbreaks which should make it all the more remote that your favoritechocolate retro sweets will have anything to do with this particularskin problem.
