Televisions shows today concentrate on offering people information about what kind of dangers they should be aware of, whether these dangers come from the outside world, or from the Internet. One issue that gathered enough attention lately was that of child pornography. While everyone considers this to be a criminal act, it seems that others found a new way of putting a new label on this crime, in order to make it look legit. They call it child erotica and they say that it does not do any harm. Now, what kind of parent would that be, that lets their children photographed wearing nothing but a thong and a minuscule bra? And, not least, who likes to watch such things? From my point of view, such arguments that say that child erotica is not child pornography does not represent anything else than the need of the perverts to escape the hand of the law. As a parent, I cannot simply settle for the idea that the law does not condemn child erotica, and it is seen differently from child pornography. In those pictures, we have innocent young kids that are photographed in scantily clothes, and for what purpose? Can we just pretend that there is nothing wrong with someone that likes watching little babies, or pre-teens wearing no more on their body than small pieces of garments? If we want to find answers, we need to descend into the pit of a sex addict mind. With the appearance of Internet, many sex sites were launched and the sex addicts found their new toy very appealing. But, soon enough, these sex addicts began craving for more and more, as adult sites could not offer them what they were actively searching for: more and more stimulus. The need for release starts to become greater and greater in their minds and they are the ones that we can call sexual predators. Masturbating is not enough for these deranged individuals. They are no longer satisfied with their online activities and they need to go outside and search for their victims in the outer world. They are the ones searching for bestiality acts, to commit adultery and child pornography. You may think that they are not a real threat, and that, only until their innocent victims appear on the news, being raped, or even killed. When they no longer intend just to bring themselves to release by watching pictures of young bodies, they start searching for a victim to abuse, through chat rooms and other means to get in touch with their target. It can happen, and you do not have to look too far to see it happen. During a television show that was aired on a local television, a woman watching the show received the visit of her neighbor, a little girl that asked to check her e-mail. The woman let the girl, but when she went to see what is happening, she saw that the little girl was talking online to a man that asked her to open his webcam so she could see him masturbate. The woman took action immediately and took the place of the little girl, while setting a trap for the pedophile. When the man asked the 'girl' to meet at a local pub, the woman called the police and the pervert was arrested. That little girl escaped unharmed, but what will happen with so many others?
