The Fort Carson Mountain Post is located in the southwestern property area of Colorado Springs homes for sale . Housing areas are located north, east, and west of the army base. Fort Carson homes for sale borders Highway 115 and South Academy Boulevard. Pikes Peak Community College adjoins the army base to the north. Below is a short description of some of the neighborhoods that border Fort Carson to assist you with your Colorado Springs PCS needs. North Neighborhoods Cheyenne Meadows Cheyenne Meadows borders Fort Carson to the north and is located just mins from the north gate of the base. The Cheyenne Meadows property area has townhomes, condominiums and houses for sale. The Cheyenne Meadows Town Park, King Soopers, and Starbucks are located in the region. The Cheyenne Meadows property area was finished in 1979-1999. Quail Lake and Quail Park are located in the Cheyenne Hills region. Tinseltown Flicks 20, Cheyenne Mountain shopping mall, and the Colorado Springs World Arena border the region to the east. Cheyenne Hills was finished in 1979-1985. Stratton Meadows The Stratton Meadows property area has littler, affordable homes for sale and is a great place for first time home buyers. The Stratton Meadows Subdivision is found near to the Downtown property area of Colorado Springs. East Neighborhoods Stratmoor Valley Across Interstate 25 to the East is the Stratmoor Valley property area. The Fountain Stream Trail runs thru the Subdivision and goes south to the Fountain Stream Regional Park. The Fountain Stream Regional Park is a wetland preserve. The Stratmoor Valley property neighborhood has huge trees and was finished in 1961-2006. Security The Security neighborhood has cheap houses. Bordering Highway 85/87, there are many restaurant decisions along the road. There are elementary and middle in the Security real estate area. Fountain Fountain Valley Ranch The Widefield Community Center borders the Fountain Valley Ranch property region to the west. The Center has an enormous park, community pool, library, baseball fields, and a playground. A post office is located in the region. Broadmoor Bluffs Wildlife is abounding in the Park. There are Town Parks hereabouts. The Broadmoor Bluffs property area was finished in 1973-1978. Broadmoor Broadmoor Oaks The Broadmoor Oaks regionis about 30 mins from Canon Town south on Highway 115. The Arkansas Brook near Canon Town provides outdoor opportunities such as fishing, kayaking, and white water rafting. The Broadmoor Oaks property area is located near four golf courses and one Town Park. The region was finished in 1986-1990. Broadmoor Spires Neighborhoods in the Broadmoor Spires property area were established in 2001-2007. Some of the classy houses in this region have seasonal streams, back to impressive rock formations and sit on large lots. The perspectives in this region are picture perfect. Shopping and eateries are not a long way from the region. There are several cheap, carefully tended housing locales close to the Fort Carson Mountain Post. These housing locales are extended military locales as they are near Fort Carson and lots of the residents are Fort Carson soldiers. Homes in the Broadmoor property areas back to the Pike State Forest and seem to mix into the landscaping.
