A great way of saving money and paper is by double-siding your copies. The duplexing feature allows you to double-side both sides of the paper; even though, you pay more for the feature, you will save a great deal of paper, which in return saves you money. A black and white copier is the typical office copier, but if you often print out graphics, be sure to purchase a color copier instead. If you have a small business and you are planning to advertise through brochures, a color copier can help you have the advantage of catching the reader's eye. The ink used, called the inkjet digital copier ink is relatively less expensive compared to laser color copiers. Your own copier is made to be convenient for you, so you should choose a copier that will cater to your office needs. I recommend buying a copier that is able to hold a lot of different sizes, weights and types of paper. If you don't already, you may find yourself using index cards, transparencies, and legal sized papers in the future. Not all objects can fit into the sheet feeder, a flatbed will make copying objects and books much easier. A copier paper handling can make your life much easier, instead of refilling the paper tray or individually putting sheets of paper in all the time, I suggest finding a paper feeder that holds about 250 sheets at least. If you can't find a paper feeder that holds about 250 sheets, try finding an automatic feeder that holds 30 sheets. If you have a small business, compact digital copiers are great for you because you do not need to warm up a big machine. I recommend finding a copier that copies about eighteen copies per minute (cpm); however, you may find some copiers that will go at a faster speed. You can now find a find a copier that will copy your first sheet in ten seconds or less. There are cartridge systems in copiers, it will tell you when your cartridge is to be replaced depending on the number of copies. If you do a lot of printing, such as printing advertisements, brochures or graphics for your projects, I recommend buying a digital copy that uses inkjet digital copier ink. If you don't usually print out colorful graphics, having a color options is great to make black and white graphics interesting. Digital copiers are not only for business use, you can also use them for yourself as well. If you want a copy of an old photograph and you can't find the negative anymore, you can always simply copy the original to make another copy! Color digital copiers are excellent for printing out photographs in general, if you want to make an enlargement of a photograph, color copiers can easily do so. For your photos to have the best and stunning quality, be sure your copier is using the most compatible ink. Digital copiers are the new wave of copiers, they are excellent for all kinds of use, even if you are not in a business. Having your very own copier at home can make your life much easier. You save yourself those random trips to the local corner store and you save money as well! Copiers are time savers as well, you no longer have to waste your time standing for your copies to finish, you are able to freely do something else while your copies are being processed.
