We have establish that you can't do it and why would you want to. You did not take my advice in earlier articles and stick to one or two marketing strategies. Being a professional you of course can do more than two campaigns. Marketing is not instantaneous and needs time to develop day by day until it overpowers you. The extra time you have in the beginning will be the time you need to call your leads. Though marketing is important and needed, telephoning your leads is more important. You want to succeed then you need to call. Step back and analyze what two strategies are working for you and focus on those them. You want to work on the top two campaigns. But forget about the other campaigns. This is where you can delegate those tasks to a personal or virtual assistant. While working in your professional career, delegating was as natural as beathing. Now that skill will be needed now. 90% of the tasks you do can and should be done by others. May be it is time to hire a personal assistant (PA) or virtual assistant (VA). A VA may be a new term for you. A VA is someone who is in a remote location that can do any task that requires a phone or an Internet connection. Procedures become very critical with a remote worker so take careful notes. After all the layoffs I had to do (including myself) in my own company, I prefer the VA option because you do not have someone in your office full time and you can stop at any time work gets slow. Whether you hire a PA or VA, clear instructions is a must. This will help you open up another front on your marketing battle. This will certainly reduce your distractions. You have had many distractions without even knowing what they are. We will call a distraction is anythign that keeps you from time you have scheduled for your call back for your leads. You have worked and paid good money for those leads. You can't tell if the person, who signed up on your mailing list, is serious unless you talk to them. It is easy to say to yourself that you need to finish your marketing and not make the calls. Your marketing and the daily task are important but first priority is growing your business and the cash flow is expanding your downline and that won't happern without calls to leads. Like we said above eliminate the distraction or delegate it. No one cares more about your business then you so do not delegate the task of talk to your downline to anyone but you. Re-evaluate your marketing plan, delegate all non-critical tasks to others and rid yourself of all non-essential tasks so you can contact your leads. List the important and critical task so you can Timeblock your day. Doing all these things will help you make more money.
