Sometimes you won't notice you have deodorant stains though until the end of the day. While this is extremely annoying, especially when you saw tons of people that day that could have told you, it may be necessary to pre-treat the area. If you just toss the garment into the laundry pile it may be permanently there when you get it out of the dryer. If you are traveling and notice deodorant stains on your clothing, soak them in water and scrub gently at the area with your fingernails. Make sure you pre-treat them upon returning home as well. This initial soaking will help make removing them easier though as the chemicals they contain will be broken up. If you find that you are constantly experiencing deodorant stains, you may need to reduce the amount of it you use. Giving it time to dry for a few minutes before putting on your clothing can help as well. Another option is to put the deodorant on after you are dresses so that smears and stains aren't possible. Many women love the gel deodorant due to the fact that it won't stain. However, if you plan to continue using what you have because it works well to prevent odor then you need to be prepared for the possibility of deodorant stains. By taking immediate action you are going to be able to get rid of the mess in no time at all. You will also significantly reduce the risk of your clothing being permanently stained by it. Keep these basic helpful items at home and at the office so you can combat those pesky deodorant stains should they occur on your clothing. You also can use them to remove them from other items. Sometimes deodorant stains can end up on your furniture or bedding as well. Follow the same solutions and you will be able get rid of them fast.
