If the foods that you eat are nutritionally deficient of the nutrients that you body needs then you will experience much more than hair loss. If you know that you need to eat better foods but don't do anything about it then that could be stress in itself. This is easy to fix, just start eating better foods high in protein. Medications. If you are on any type of medication check the side effects. One of the side effects may be hair loss. If it is then this is also easy to fix. Get the primary medical condition out of the way and then stop taking that medication altogether and quite possibly your hair will come back. Emotional issues. If you are going through some bad times in a relationship right now then one of the outcomes could be hair loss. Bad relationships can cause your body to react unhealthy if you are not able to cope with the stress. Emotional issues could also include events like being traumitized in a car accident or the death of a close friend. These type of events can also affect your health well being. Given these situations you can now see why stress can most definitely be associated with hair loss. When diagnosing yourself as to reasons of your hair loss, you need to be aware of those situations when researching the reasons why you have hair loss in the first place.
