Here are the three angles that will help you: 1. consume a big breakfast. It may sound ironic, but to eat much for breakfast can help you drop off weight quickly. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a well-balanced meal here really help you cut your appetite during the day. You will also continue throughout the day to burn the calories you ate for breakfast. A good breakfast should include whole grains and cereal flakes mixed with fruit. A mixed fruit juice is also ideal for breakfast if you want to lose weight quickly. 2. The remaining meals the rest of the day should consist of small light meals. Goals should be 4-5 small meals throughout the day. By that you stick to small rather than big meals and proceed to burn calories continuously without having to feel hungry. 3. Vegetables contribute to the fastest way to lose excess weight. Meat will make you put on excess weight, but if you are not vegetarian, you may not want to get rid of meat completely. Fish has a low fat level, and another is the chicken. Stick to very lean red meat and only eat it once or twice a week at max.
