In some cases you may have to actually totally get rid of these files to make sure that they don't continue to cause any damage to your computer.

Do a System Restore

Now you will need to do a system restore to help make sure that you totally eliminate spyware. Restore the computer to some earlier time. Your computer will give you a couple different options for restore dates. Make sure that you go back to some time before you started having any problems. Go back a bit further so you are on the safe side.

Run the Programs Again

After you do the system restore, you may want to go back and run those programs again. This way you can see if there are any traces of the spyware left on your computer. If they are not there, then you have probably totally eliminated the problem.

Consider Running in Safe Mode
