Eyeshadow For Green Eyes
|
Many tips are available for green eyes make up, but there are exceptions to every rule. So, the best advice is to try everything until you find out what looks best for your eyes. How To Choose An Eyeshadow There are many eyeshadow tones that can work great for your eyes. I like using different types of browns, more of chocolate tones. I also like to enhance the eye color by using browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights. Another great choices as highlighters are apricots and taupes. If you want a glamorous look, go for coppers and golds. You may use also dark purples, plumes and metallics. Dark green eyes look the best with deep purple tones. What To Avoid As there are many colors that work good with green eyes, there are also colors that should be avoided. By any means, do not choose blue. Avoid using light blues, dark blues, even colors like purples and pink with blue undertones. Another color that is not recommended for green eyes is pink. Some may look gorgeous using it, while others may look awful. It takes a lot of tries to figure out this. Any silvery color should be avoided too. Silver tones usually work good for blue eyes. What Eyeliner Should Be Used If you can go without black eyeliner, then it is recommended to avoid this color. Green eyes look best with steel gray or chocolate brown eyeliner. A person with small eyes should try even white or gold to make eyes look bigger. The Most Important Rule The main rule for choosing the right eyeshadow for green eyes is to prefer warm colors against cold tones. Many colors can be tried to make your eyes look more beautiful, but, this is the method to make sure you will not make a mistake about your make up. The Method The method for applying eyeshadow depends on how many colors you want to use and for what occasion you wear the make up. Here is a method for the basic make up you wear every day. 1. The entire eye must be covered first with a highlighter. Crystalline is a good choice, apply it from the bottom of the crease to the eyebrow. 2. Cover your eyelid with a taupe or apricot. Mix it with the crystalline when you get above the crease. 3. The third color - chocolate brown, dark green, copper - can be applied in two different ways: a. Start from the middle of the eyelid, apply it from the eyelash till you reach the area above the crease. Mix colors. For a dramatic look, you may choose to do the same under the lower lashes.4. The last step is to apply the mascara and the eyeliner. This is all. You may choose any of these tips or all of them for a great effect on your green eyes.
