So, try working on adults when you are practicing for the best results. Tip #3 - Use Only Thin Layers - When you are painting, make sure that you only use thin layers. You see, if you use layers that are thicker, you'll find that they can cake up and they may end up cracking, which will end up messing up your face painting designs. Tip #4 - Allow Layers to Dry - In between layers, it is important that you allow them to dry. If you try to apply the next layer before it dries, you'll just end up with a big mess. So, be patient and make sure that you give the layer of paint plenty of time to dry so you can go on to the next layer and make it look great. Tip #5 - Get Ideas from Temporary Tattoos - If you need some ideas for your face painting designs, you can get some great ideas from looking at temporary tattoos. While some of them may be too difficult for you to reproduce, there are some that will make great designs that are fairly easy for you to paint.
