Fat Burning Exercise - Quick Exercises to Burn Fat

Push Ups If you want to lose body fat, one great fat burning exercise that you can quickly and easily do is the push up. Push ups are well known for helping you to develop more muscles and they help you to burn off fat as well. These are great exercises for working on your upper body and getting it in shape. You can do the classic push up, which includes you getting your hands and your toes. However, if you can't quite doe these, putting your hands on the floor and then bending your knees and getting on your knees is a great way to get started. Then you can work your way up to the regular push ups. Lower Body Squats Another great fat burning exercise that is fairly simple and quick is a lower body squat. These squats are great for building up your lower body and helping you to burn off excess fat as well. You simply stand up with your feet planted about a shoulder width apart. Hold dumbbells in your hands down at your sides. Then you bend your hips and your knees into a sitting position, bringing your arms to the front so that you have more balance. If you can't go this far down, go as low as you possibly can. Then you stand up again, bringing your body straight and putting arms back to your side. This will really make your muscles burn and get rid of fat. Leg Raises If you are looking for ways to build your lower body as well as your core, then a great fat burning exercise to try is a leg raise. Leg raises are excellent exercises that not only build up the lower body, but your stomach and back muscles as well. You simply lie on the floor or on a mat with your legs out straight and your hands under your butt. Lift your head off the floor a bit, and then draw up your knees towards your chest.
