Combining fat burning foods with exercising is a smart way to lose the pounds and keep them off. Consider low fat dairy products in your diet plan to help lose the weight. Studies have shown that those who consume non-fat yogurt and low-fat milk each day will lose more fat than those who don't consume low fat dairy products. In the long run you can lose weight by eating healthy snacks along with exercise and you should start losing the extra pounds shortly.
