Instead of going for high fat foods, work hard to make sure that you go for foods that are better for you. Make sure you are aware of the fat and calories you are eating and try to cut back. Just some simple weight loss can help out your butt. Tip #2 - Use a Variety of Exercises - Another important thing you'll want to do if you want to tone up your butt is to start using a variety of different exercises, which will help you begin to burn fat. Some great ideas include swimming, dancing, running, and more. Look for some options either from a trainer at your gym or you can look online for some great ideas too. Tip #3 - Climbing Stairs - Believe it or not, if you have a fat butt, one of the best things that you can do to tone it up is to start climbing stairs. This is a great work out for your butt. Go up the stairs quickly and then go down quickly. Keep going up and down until you begin to feel the ache in your butt, and you'll know that you are building up those muscles. Tip #4 - Squats - Squats are also great for toning up your butt as well. Make sure that you stand up straight and then squat down into a position that is almost like sitting, but your thighs should be kept parallel to the floor. Make sure that your knees are over top of your toes and keeping your arms out in front of you can help you keep your balance. Tip #5 - Do Butt Squeezes - Butt squeezes can help you get rid of a fat butt, and you can do them just about any time. Whether you are sitting in a classroom or sitting at your desk at work, you can simply contact those butt muscles and hold that squeeze as long as you can. Repeat until you feel them getting a bit sore and you'll help tone up your butt. About The Author: Balva Rudick is the Editor and Publisher of Article Click.
