Internet or online TV is a new technology that enables your computer to receive live TV feeds from free to air TV networks around the world. Web TV is offered for free and can be accessed anywhere in the world provided you have an internet connection and an already downloaded software. The web TV softwares are designed to put together hundreds of world wide TV channels and stations into one package. The free internet TV softwares are programmed to access each TV stations channels at the click of a mouse. Ratings of satellite PC TV softwares reviewed included the below. Web TV Software Picture and Sound Quality One of the most trusted web TV software is the PC 2007 Elite Edition. The Elite edition is downloadable within 2 minutes and ready for use in a computer o a desktop PC. I personally have downloaded several other free web TV softwares and compared them in terms of number of programs, picture and sound quality and the pricing. The elite edition despite being a little higher in price than some of the other free internet TV softwares was way above the others. Variety of TV channels free online The variety of web TV channels provided by the Elite Edition was about 3000 while the others had 5,000 and yet another one had 10,000 channels. However on further trying to access the channels on the other softwares, I preferred the better quality of the 2007 Elite Edition. Cost comparison of satellite TV softwares On pricing, there were some digital TV softwares for web channels that were priced at $37.95. Elite Edition was on the other hand retailing at $49.95 which was abit higher than the competition. I did not how ever condemn it for the higher price, but rather thought it ok for the quality of picture and clarity in sound. Web TV software Website presentation On further review of the presentation of the websites for each of the web TV softwares. There were some which had very nice presentation but were sold out by their lower quality upon downloading them. Satellite PCTV software Tool bar presentation Ratings for software toolbar presentation and ease in maneuver was also worn by the Elite Edition. The software's toolbar was neatly arranged and easy to browse the 3000 TV channels on the web it offered. Author's conclusion After thorough review of the over 10 satellite TV softwares I concluded that the Elite Edition seemed superior in some areas while it lost out on others. I nevertheless think it is the software that gave me my money's worth and would definitely recommend it.
