Let's start with the food you intake. Obviously if you are going out and eating fast food all the time, you might want to consider not doing that. I know it is quick, cheap and you can get so much food for a dollar, but it is not worth it! Not for your abs and more importantly, your heart. So put away the cheeseburgers, put away the candy bars and the sweets, you need to discipline yourself for good abs and a healthy lifestyle. Start cooking more of your meals, you can find so many great meals just in your supermarket that will save you money in the long run, rather than going out to eat all the time. Next you need to workout, and I mean do some cardio; cardio is great for your abs and your heart. Along with your cardio workouts do some abdominal core workouts. Do some crunches, about 2 -3 reps of 10-20 or more. For your lower abs, do some leg raises. For the left and right side of your abs, do some side crunches. It is important to focus on the section that you are working out. Also make sure that your head and back is always supported, so you can prevent injury. So eat right, do cardio and core workouts.
