Get Your Mind Into Success Gear
|
The subconscious is a natural goal-seeker. You can be sure that unless you program your subconscious - bend it the way you want it to bend - external influences will program your subconscious for you. And those external forces may create a groove toward poor health, conflict, monetary loss or failure. So why not program your cerebral cortex with a target of your choosing? Once you give it a positive idea, this dazzling goal-seeker will direct all its energy and power toward accomplishing your needs. WHAT THE SUBCONSCIOUS PERCEIVES, IT ACHIEVES Be the one to control what your subconscious perceives. That way you ensure that what it achieves is something that you really want. The first step, then, to getting your mind into the success groove is to decide what success looks like to you. What do you want from life? Are you wanting to attain a certain financial level? Do you wish a particular position in your career? Is success marital blissfulness and a satisfied family? Your subconscious wants to be guided. [**] there are two tenets that you need to follow in programming your subconscious : - you have to be precise. For example,'I need a business of my own, making $350,000 a year.' That doesn't mean you have got to dumb down your dreams! It simply means taking under consideration certain facts. For example, don't say you need to be a prima ballerina by the week after next if you are a 75-year-old lady with arthritic knees. DO be optimistic, because your subconscious can create the outwardly most unlikely. As the subconscious reasons deductively, you also must employ care in how you word your hypnotic suggestions. Thus, if you construct your suggestions thoroughly, your goal-seeking subconscious will carry out those recommendations without the requirement of willpower or conscious effort on your part. 1. Have an intense desire If you direct your subconscious to form larger wealth in your life - and that is something you really want - your subconscious will work 24/7 to grant your wish. ( If you direct it to create something you think you want but truly don't need, your subconscious will know you are lying and will not work to make the goal for you. ) So choose a powerful motivating wish and start your idea with that desire. 'Because I retire from my job with masses of money for travel...' and so on. Be positive If you assert,'I won't drink anymore,' your subconscious hears'I will drink.' You are basically suggesting to your subconscious the idea that you need to eliminate! So frame your ideas positively [*CO]'I am always happy with a single tumbler of wine. I enjoy a pitcher of wine only at dinner.' Never mention the negative idea you propose to eliminate. 3. Use the present tense Imagine them. See yourself acting out the suggestion because imagination augments your ability to influence the subconscious. Visualise your goal as already accomplished. Four. Set a time limit I know ; I just claimed that when dealing with the subconscious, you should picture your goal as already achieved. But you still need to deal with your CONSCIOUS mind, which knows some things can't be done overnight. If you would like to play the trumpet, even your subconscious can't make you play like Wynton Marsalis in 24 hours. So discover how long it usually takes to become adept at playing the trumpet and set your goal at HALF that period of time. Then let your subconscious go to work! Once programmed, your subconscious won't stop until it achieves the goal. Five. State an action Focus Never work on more than one proposal in a given session. Keep your language easy Remember that your subconscious understands things literally. So speak as if your subconscious were a bright 10-year-old. Create your suggestions with words that the average 10-year-old would understand. 8. Use exaggeration and emotion Because your subconscious is the seat of emotions, detailed words have powerful influence. Don't be scared to use exaggeration in your recommendations. Use words like lovely, wonderful, pretty, exciting, thrilling, beautiful, stupendous, and overwhelming. Repeat Find different ways and different words to express the same suggestion. Elaborate the recommendation with convincing adjectives and repeat, repeat, repeat. Use the proposal as frequently as mandatory during your hypnosis sessions. Remember, your subconscious is a natural goal-seeker. It wants to create/achieve whatever goal you set for it. So decide what you want in life and use hypnotic sessions to bend your subconscious that way. Then watch with delight as your subconscious moves you inexorably into your private success groove.
