Flying has never been a cheap option but fuel costs going "sky high" plus the cost of additional security now in place at airports has caused travel costs to spiral steadily upwards. All air travel tickets have taxes on them, which do have to be paid but he knows there are free tickets out there. So yes, free air tickets are available. They may not be staring you in the face and you may have to dig a little to find them but they are there. However, still keep your eyes open for the latest travels deals, as you may not always find a free ticket for when you want it. Taking a vacation, that you have thought about for so long, need not mean that you are up to your eyes in debt. That short break doesn't have to cost the earth.
