Printing and Scanning Functions You'll find that the HP Officejet 7210 offers you both printing functions as well as scanning functions. You can even fax with the Officejet, making it a great all in one to have in your home office. This printer can actually fax in color, and it even has memory that will hold up to 130 pages of faxes that come in. Now this is a great feature, since you never know when the paper will run out when you are not around. You can also print photos on the printer. You can either attach your camera through the port or you can use your memory card in the printer to print. Nice Buttons Make it Easy to Use There are a variety of nice buttons on the HP Officejet 7210, which make it very easy for you to use. You'll find that it has a back lit LCD screen, and some of the buttons include a printer button, photo button, scan button, copy button, and a fax button. There is also a keypad with numbers that allows you to easily dial in a fax number. You can even program five different speed dial numbers as well for quick faxing to numbers you use on a regular basis. Software is Included There is software that is included with the HP Officejet 7210 as well. The software that comes with it is HP Image Zone. This is definitely great software; however, it can take quite a while to get this software installed into your computer. Even though it takes a while to install, it definitely works well with the HP Officejet All in One. You'll be able to do quite a few different things with this software and your printer. The Paper it Holds The HP Officejet 7210 comes with a great paper cassette too. It holds up to 150 sheets of paper at a time. However, you can purchase a drawer that will hold another 250 if you want to pay $100 for it. A duplexer is also available for an extra $80 that will allow you to print on both sides of the printer.
