If you are going to mail the wedding dress and other wedding party outfits to Hawaii, do this about a week before the event. The last thing you want is for anything to be late or missing the day before the wedding. Make sure that the items are sealed properly and marked as important cargo. You will then need to arrange to have them steamed as soon as they arrive. One of the easiest ways to plan a Hawaii wedding is to use the hotel staff where you are holding the wedding reception. Hawaii hotels normally have a wedding planner and full wedding staff on hand because they get a lot of destination weddings. They can organize everything for you. Don't forget the photographer. Your photographer is very important and will be providing the permanent record of your wedding. The start of your marriage is very important and it should be recorded professionally. Make sure that you won't have to rely on friends or relatives by booking your wedding photographer well in advance.
