Following a detox diet needs some careful planning. If you are very busy or you need to handle important things, delay it. You need to have some rest, and you may experience some side effects, after you start it. You will feel headaches, fatigue, or you will have skin problems, but they will not last for much time.

Here are the main elements that you can use during your detox diet. You can eat fruit, vegetables, herbs, rice, fish, and you can drink, in fact, you are advised to drink a lot of water. You have plenty of room to move in this diet, so you can choose whatever you like best. What you need to avoid are sugary foods, dairy, wheat and starch based foods, as well as any preservative foods.
