You have a big estate and just do not have the time to take care of the same. Well you can always hunt around and find out the same, but that requires time and effort. They will send a house-keeper who will stay at your estate and look after its well being. You do not have to bother about any problems since it is the job of the person allocated by the property management organization to take care of the same. He will keep in touch with you once every few days and notify you about the day to day proceedings. In case of any emergency he will contact you and take your views before taking any action. At the end of each month he will collect the rent from the tenants and hand over the same to you.
