If you want to know how to get skinny fast for that special gathering or event, then you need to follow a diet plan starting today! Many people have a desire to shed pounds but most don't know how to get started. Some will consider diet pills which can be a quick fix but often they will find that they gain the weight right back. So if you want to know how to get skinny and stay that way, it's best to learn some healthy eating habits.

Step no. 1Count calories by keeping a log. Keep a log of everything you eat. Include drinks and snacks, even candy and smaller items such that handful of nuts you took out of the peanut jar. Be serious and keep track of everything if you want to learn how to get skinny the right way. Be reasonable and don't keep a log on the one day you're skimping on food. Before trying diet pills or spending a fortune on weight loss programs, try cutting down on calories and taking a walk outdoors. It can make a difference.
