How To Hypnotize Someone: Achieving The Perfect State Of Relaxation
|
The subject of hypnosis must be seated in a comfortable chair, and the light in the room must be dim. The seating position is recommended, or the subject will otherwise fall asleep. When inducing a state of relaxation, you will need to ask your subject what state they wish to achieve. During hypnosis, the brainwave patterns change: alpha is for meditation, theta for a deep meditative state, and delta for deep sleep and very deep meditation. The problem of your subject will then be identified in their subconscious. The root should be found there and then the subject will be asked how the problem can be solved. In this state of perfect relaxation for your subject, you will be able to explain to the subject how to use their creativity and imagination to solve the problem. Programming the subconscious will then help to deal with the problem when the real situation appears again. After all is said and done, it is time to bring back your subject to the state of beta brainwaves, so they can regain consciousness. Then, you will discuss with the subject about what the session revealed. In order to help your subject gain the perfect state of relaxation, try this method. Tell them to take ten deep breaths and relax. Suggest them that they have a bucket at their feet where they can pour all their tension. That will help the tension leave their mind and open their mind for achieving the state of relaxation. Then suggest the subject that they are now on the top of a ten stair flight and that they will have to walk down slowly and that you will help them descend. While descending, tell them that they will feel more and more relaxed. Then ask them to open their eyes and stare at a blank wall on which a single detail exists, like a little button. Suggest them while they fix that thing on the wall that their limbs become more and more heavier and that they are relaxed. Remember that being the person delivering the state of hypnosis, you are just a guide that will help the person that is subject to the session discover the source of their problems and how to solve them. You will need to know how to master the change of the brainwave patterns if you want to help them achieve that state of relaxation needed for programming again their subconscious patterns of thinking.
