I am about to tell you how to get rid of 5 kg (or 11 lb) in only seven days. Just imagine how everyone will look at you seeing that winter food did nothing to your silhouette! A little bit of determination is required and now you are ready to take on the diet program I will share with you just about now. Maybe it will not be as simple as a walk in the park, but you will manage it and you will feel great afterwards. This program is based on the idea that our stomachs are used to a certain quantity of food. If we lower this quantity day by day, the stomach will get smaller and you will not feel the need to eat as much as before. Less food means less calories, and less calories mean less fat on your body. The target you will want to achieve is 5 kg in minus, but no more. The diet is based on you eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, without exceeding 1,5 kg each day. Simple, isnt it? You can eat the following foods during the one week diet: apples, oranges, kiwi, mandarins, puree made of fruits or vegetables, without adding any dressing or sugar, and many, many boiled or mashed vegetables. Keep yourself hydrated with mineral water, some green tea, and sugarless coffee. Remember the 1,5 kg of fruits and vegetables a day and you are ready for the challenge. Take care of your skin, by eating fruits and vegetables that are good for you. For instance, a person with dry skin must eat more ripe red fruits, while a woman with fat skin is recommended to eat more green sour fruits. Keeping yourself from food may seem like a tough job. But here is how you can keep the temptations at bay. In the morning, take an energetic shower, that will put your blood into movement. Resume to a cup of coffee with a little low fat milk, then get on with your program. In the evening, it is also very important not to ravage your freezer, so take a nice relaxing bath. Some fragrances that will help you think less about food are rosemary, lemon, or eucalyptus, but others may work well for you, as well. A little massage will make you feel even better, so do it yourself, or use the hydro massage option of the tub, if you have such a thing. It can get quite monotonous to eat only fruits and vegetables all day long, especially if you consume them raw. Bring a little diversity and try some inventive recipes, sticking to the rules of the diet. Boil some vegetables and mix them together, for a better taste. You can add a little carrot, or sweet pepper, or broccoli. Experiment a little, and you will feel more hands on with your diet. Here is another tip: if you give up salt, you will not eat as much as before. It may take a while to accommodate, but it is worth the effort. You will see how great you will look after one week. Maybe you cannot imagine now but you will fit perfectly in your last summer dresses. Cook your vegetables in a way that appeals to you.
