How To Rid Yourself Of Frustration
|
What makes you frustrated is that you are not where you want to be! Have you ever felt yourself being frustrated without really knowing why? Then you belong to the large crowd of people who often feel that they are well, in the form of good finances, health and relationships, but their emotional side sends out signals that show frustration, stress, depression, etc. Why is this now? In order to solve this riddle, we must first look at your present situation. You need to do an analysis of how your life looks with regards to your finances, health, relationships, job, family and self-development. A good way is to make a list of pluses of what is great, and another with minus of what is not. Once you have done this, you know your current situation. This is of paramount importance, for you do not know where you are and you can not develop yourself to what you want to be. Suppose you want to go to a neighboring state tomorrow with the car. You have planned everything with the itinerary, accommodations, etc. There is only one thing; you have forgotten where the car is parked. Without the car, no trip! Without knowing where you are, you can not make the trip you want to achieve. When you now know where you are, then you need to look at where you are going. As I mentioned earlier, this was your car on the road to the neighboring state or any other place you have chosen. If you make no choice, you drive aimlessly around in the car until you make a choice. Most people are not making active choices, and they end up somewhere that they did not plan on going. Is that how you want it? Now go to your list, from where you are now, and convert it into a positive goal in which you live your life as you want. Create an image as complete as possible, to know where your destination is (just like with the car). The frustration that many feel that can also be expressed as stress, depression and burnout, etc. are all external signs of the difference between where you are and where you really want to be. When you later begin to work toward your goal and begin to live your dream, these symptoms disappear and you can start living your internal truth, which allows you to be in balance even though there is a high tempo around you. We need to create the life we want. Here is a checklist of four tips to help you get rid of your frustration, stress, etc. 1. Find out where you are 2. Find out where you want to be 3. The difference between point 1 and 2 is a measure of your frustration. The greater the frustration, the greater the difference. 4. Make the change and make the life you long for deep within.
