How To Tell If You Are Pregnant

The first month of pregnancy is very important, as your body begins to transform itself. If you have doubts that you are pregnant, you need to know a little more about the signs that your body shows. We will tell you which are these transformations and how to tell if you are pregnant or not.

The most well known sign that a woman is pregnant is the lack of a period. If you missed a period, this can be a signal that you are in the first month of pregnancy. Even so, this sign can mean other things as well, and it should just tell you that it is the right time to take a pregnancy test and see if you are going to have a child.

When the period comes irregularly, there may be many situations when women think they are pregnant without being, as well as the other way around. For those that have a late period almost every month, the thought of being pregnant comes easily in their minds, even though this is not the case. For those with early periods, they may remain pregnant, but, because they remember that their last period just passed, they may be pregnant without even knowing it.

There are also other signs that can show you that you have become pregnant. Relying only on the missing period is not a good idea. For instance, if you experience something called morning sickness, this can be a sign of a pregnancy. The sickness episodes sometimes occur during the day, and not necessarily in the morning, so you cannot be sure if they really stand for a pregnancy or not.

You will be experiencing other signs, as well. For instance, your taste will have to suffer. You will discover that you no longer like a certain food that you were very fond of, or that you cannot even stand a smell that never bothered you before. Anyhow, a test is the best solution to find out for sure if you are pregnant or not. You can buy one from any pharmacy.

In the first trimester of pregnancy, the woman often feels very weak and like fainting. A certain sensation of fatigue also tends to install, but it is more common towards the end of pregnancy, then for the first months. If you notice that you get weak more often than before, you can consider it a sign of pregnancy.

Some or all of these symptoms can appear sometimes, without having anything to do with a pregnancy. Even so, many women experienced them when they just got pregnant, so, if you notice their appearance, and especially, if they do not easily go away, consider the fact that you may be pregnant. As said earlier, a test can bring more light upon the subject, so dont hesitate to use one.
