How to Make Your Butt Bigger



One of the most common complaints that some people have about their butts is that they are too flat. If you are one of those people, then you may be desperately trying to figure out how to make your butt bigger. Though other people who are starving themselves and exercising diligently to try to make their butts smaller may envy you your problem, to you it is an embarrassment. Being thin and svelte is usually everyone's goal, but most people would also like to be well-built. This means having a butt that fills out your clothes in a very attractive way. Fortunately, finding out how to make your butt bigger is not too difficult.

If your butt is flat because you are severely underweight, then how to make your butt bigger is obvious. You need to gain weight, which means eating more, which is really the most pleasant way to get a bigger butt. Don't think, though, that just because you need to gain weight that you should eat a lot of foods that are bad for you. Eating badly is not how to make your butt bigger. You can, of course, eat more goodies than someone who is trying to lose or maintain weight, but you still want to eat a balanced diet.

If the flatness of your butt has more to do with your physical make up than how thin you are, then you will need to turn to exercise in your quest for how to make your butt bigger. A stair-stepper is a good piece of equipment for helping with this, as it really targets the gluteus muscles. Squats and thrusts can also help you build your butt muscles, and when the muscles of your butt build up, it makes your butt shapelier. Sometimes a flat butt is just a flabby butt. Tone it up and you can see a big difference.

Once you learn how to make your butt bigger and actually see results, you are going to want to keep it that way. If your butt looks the way that you want it to, then you just want to do some maintenance exercises about two or three times a week. If you have a problem keeping your weight up, try to remember to eat enough each day. And don't just concentrate on making your butt bigger. Having a shapely body means toning all of the muscles, so make sure you have a good, overall fitness program.
