A latte is simply a fancy name for a cup of coffee with milk though. The milk is steamed and that is what gives it such a smooth and creamy taste that people tend to really enjoy. You will need to start out by having one or two shots of espresso. You can buy an espresso machine to make it for about $40. While that is taking place you want to steam enough milk to fill the glass you will be drinking out of � of the way full. You want to pour the steamed milk into the cup first, then the espresso with it. Some people only need a single shot of it due to the strength of espresso. Others want that added bold flavor or the really need the caffeine so they add another shot of it to the latte they are making. Then you can add your favorites to it if you desire. Many people love a plain latte but others like to add syrups. Vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and even chocolate syrups are very common. You can even mix several of them together to create a very unique taste. During the holidays you can go with other flavors too such as pumpkin spice or peppermint. Of course when you know how to make a latte those specialty flavors can be consumed all year long if you desire rather than only at certain times of the year. Now that you know how to make a latte you can start experimenting. You can create your great recipes or you can get them online and in recipe books. Everyone seems to enjoy their latte a bit differently so customize yours. There are plenty of great flavors you can buy to add to them as well. That way you can always enjoy the great taste of a latte without having to leave home to get it. If you love the great taste of latte, get yourself an espresso machine. Many of the models also have a steamer on them so you can make the entire thing with one machine. This is very fast and convenient. You won't believe how delicious these latte drinks end up being either. You can create them for your family and your guests as well when they come to visit.
