The other step is to get a signed approval from the following; a director, secretary and the members who must be of eighteen years and above. Australia rules state that the director and secretary who will fill up the roles in the (proprietary) company must be living in Australia. A public company on the contrary must have three directors or more and at least one secretary. Every member of the company must sign a liability form incase the company is required to pay when the company winds up. The other step in how to register a company in Australia is to fill and complete the application form. Once you have cleared the processes above it is now time to fill in the application for registration as a company. From then on the company will be labeled as a legal company under the laws in Australia; it will remain so until the company is by chance de registered.
