Sign #1 - Dealing with Nausea - One very big sign that you may be really pregnant is that you are dealing with nausea on a regular basis. If you are constantly dealing with nausea and vomiting in the mornings or even all through the day, this could definitely be a sign that you are pregnant. If this keeps going, then you may want to get a pregnancy test to confirm before you tell your partner, "I think Im pregnant." Sign #2 - Suddenly Feeling Fatigued - Sudden fatigue can also be a sign of pregnancy as well. If you are suddenly feeling very tired; in fact, almost to the point of exhaustion, then you may find that you are pregnant. There are no doctors that really know why women deal with so much fatigue in the beginning, but they do think that this could be because the increase in progesterone is occurring in the body. Usually your energy comes back when you get into the second trimester. Sign #3 - Breasts That are Swollen and Tender - Breasts that are swollen and tender often occur during pregnancy and may be one of the very early signs that you deal with. This can occur because the levels of hormones in the body are increasing. Usually after the first trimester the problem gets better, but it can be frustrating for the first few months. Sign #4 - Sudden Sensitivity to Odors - So, you've been telling yourself "I think Im pregnant." Well, if you are suddenly very sensitive to odors, then there's a good chance that you are right. This is very common, and many women are suddenly sensitive to odors that they used to like. This can be frustrating. Sign #5 - You Have to Urinate More Often - If you have to urinate more often, this is another sign that you could be pregnant. Often the fluids in your body increase and later the baby puts pressure on the bladder as well, making you run to the bathroom more often. Sign #6 - Your Period Never Showed Up - If your period doesn't show up on time and you are pretty regular, this is a big sign you may be pregnant. Get a pregnancy test and check.
