All you need to do is to put in the web address of the place you want to visit, and you'll be there very quickly. There are a variety of different proxy that are web based that you can use to do this.

Tip #2 - Go with Proxy Software - Of course another option that you have when trying to do an internet filter bypass is to go with proxy software. There are many different software options that you can use, such as Tor, JAP, and even Freenet. They can actually search the proxies that are on the internet and then they set the browser so that you can get to the sites that you want to visit.

Tip #3 - Set a New Proxy in the Internet Browser - Last of all, you can set a new proxy in the internet browser in order to do an internet filter bypass. This is definitely not so simple as using a web based proxy, but it is often the most effective option that is available to you. All you have to do is to go to a public proxy list and copy a few of the addresses that you find there. Usually you'll want to try out more than one.
