Many corporations stop the hiring process or there's each tiny hiring. As there is very few opening for freshers, only few colleges across the land may be able to place their scholars in jobs where as almost all of the varsity across the land fail to attract companies to their campuses. Corporations that already visited schools campuses in past are declining to visit varsities to sign up freshers mentioning the economy melting and company policy to not induct freshers or company policy to hold on recruitment of freshers for jobs. Freshers who already given offer letters by firms in campus placement are waiting to get call from companies to join for months. Don't do such comparison as those times are dissimilar from current economy situation. As there is less jobs for freshers in enormous companies which generally use to hire fair number of freshers, the freshers have to look in to other avenue like tiny corporations, start up and other new layer who offer you fresher job which challenging job roles and diverse job responsibility to start your career and eventually the experience that you gained in that job will help to discover a dream job in the future.
