Kabbalah Shows Us How to Bring Balance to Our Lives

It was not that long ago when our world seemed to be a lot more peaceful and serene. It is not that life was ever easy because that was never the case, but there was more of a balance between the peaceful times in life and the more stressful, disastrous days. Now we do not seem to notice how fast stress and disasters hit us. There is so much happening on a daily basis that it is as though many people have become desensitized and just stopped noticing.

Today we see floods, wildfires, and other natural disasters happening on a regular basis. The world is seeing so much tragedy and damage from hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes that it appears as though nature is unbalanced and out of control. Is this the result of global warming or is there an even bigger reason? Maybe it's the result of a system that we do not yet understand?

We see a ripple effect of economic problems. Our gas prices are much higher than most people are able to afford, yet many people need to drive in order to get to work. Although our politicians feel as though they have solutions for fixing our gas problems and also repairing our environment, is there really a man-made plan that is able to do this?

Terrorism shocked us on 9/11. We used to think that it was something that only happened in the Middle East. But since that day, we are no longer living in an idealistic world. We now know that terrorism can happen on our own doorstep, and our country and comfortable lifestyle cannot protect us.

So what is the reason that we are seeing so much disaster, suffering, and evil in the world? Why does it feel as though everything is spinning out of control and that we can no longer navigate in the same way we did in the past? What has changed?

Everything has changed, but we cannot understand why. The wisdom of Kabbalah tells us that there is a natural operating system that controls our world, but we are unable to see it because it is hidden from us. This system is the force of nature, and the more human beings continue to grow in a direction that is against the forces of nature, the more our world and all of humanity will continue to receive huge blows from Above.

Kabbalah explains to us that all of humanity is actually like one giant body. We may not feel as though we are connected to others, but we really are. If even one person in this giant system operates in a way that harms the system, then the entire system is thrown out of balance to the point that it eventually will destroy itself.

How do we know that this system exists if we are unable to see it? We know this only because the Kabbalists who lived before us discovered this system and how it works. Through their own spiritual attainment, they were able to discover how the Upper World operates and they wrote it down and safeguarded it for future generations. The wisdom of Kabbalah was hidden for millennia, but it is now resurfacing in the world. It has been waiting for a time when humanity would be sufficiently developed and prepared to implement its message in order to repair the world.
