This is a very easy to follow diet which will help you to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Here are some major rules: During this diet you are allowed to drink only boiled or non-carbonated mineral water. Day 6: Breakfast - a cup of black coffee. Lunch - 500 g of boiled chicken without skin, salad made of cabbage and raw carrot mixed with lemon juice. Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, salad made of raw carrots mixed with one teaspoon of vegetable oil. Day 7: Breakfast - a cup of tea. Lunch - 200 g of boiled low-fat beef, any fruit. Dinner - choose one of the dinners from any day except third day. Second week menu: The eighth day - as the first. The ninth - as the second. The tenth - as the third. The eleventh - as the fourth.
