Learn Trampoline Tricks!

A trampoline is a great investment for the entire family. It's going to provide years of fun and entertainment and some of the best exercise around. And why not learn trampoline tricks while you are at it?

Jumping up and down on your trampoline is an excellent cardio workout and it will definitely tone all your muscles and even your organs. It will increase your flexibility, your balance, and even your coordination. So you can see why it is so beneficial to both adults and children.

In fact it takes a fraction of the time to get the equivalent exercise that a jog would produce. And it burns calories at an very quick rate. So you know what that means? Your investment in a trampoline is going to not only be plenty of fun but it's going to improve your overall health and the health of your family.

In fact if there was one non medicinal prescription a doctor might right to better health it could well be for a trampoline. Now who would have thought having so much fun could be so beneficial to the health of your entire family?

If you want to increase the health benefits of using the trampoline then you just need to add a little more than just jumping to the regime. Thus enter tricks - what a great solution! Increase your level of entertainment and get healthier. What more could you ask for?

Whether you are new to the trampoline with little experience or an old pro already there's tricks available for al levels of skill. The most important thing to remember is that all tricks should be attempted under the most safe conditions possible.

The Landing on the Back is a great trick for beginner. In fact it is one of the most basic tricks. Start by standing very still on the trampoline. Your arms should be at your sides and your hands in your front pockets. Now let yourself fall backwards onto the trampoline. You need to keep your body completely straight. Let your head and back naturally fall against the trampoline. Your rebound height will get better with practice. In fact the more you do this trick and the better you get the higher you will bounce back.

Looking for an intermediate trick why not try this one. Once you've got your back landing mastered you are ready to try this one. You'll stand exactly how you did for the last trick. Fall back just like you've been doing but land on your knees. The motion gives you the momentum for a repeat action so you can do this as much as you want.

When you or your kids get really good you can begin to learn how to do flips and somersaults both forwards and backwards but remember it all starts with the bounce. So until you are confident of your bounce don't try these tricks.

Whenever you decide it is time to try a new trick you need to make sure you and everyone around you is safe. You should not practice your tricks unless you are on the trampoline by yourself. That way there won't be any collisions where someone could get hurt and you can focus strictly on your trick and not on where other bodies are.

When you take the time to learn tricks by playing safe you reduce the risk of injury and increase the element of fun. In no time at all you can be a pro on that trampoline flipping and twisting and turning through the air.

Don't be afraid to try tricks that are different from al the ones you find on line. After all don't you hate doing exactly what everyone else is doing? Wouldn't you rather be a little more creative and make up your own routine of tricks?

Not sure what tricks you can do? You can get some excellent ideas just by doing a search online. Suddenly you'll have hundreds of different tricks all with a variety of variations. Take and do with them as you wish.

Treat your trampoline tricks like a gymnastics routine to help things flow along nicely. Where else can you get that much entertainment value in one place?

And if you aren't into tricks that's okay too! Bounce and jump until there is not tomorrow. You never have to do a trick if you don't want to. But for most the urge is always there. That jumping just leads to newer urges that will increase your skills and keep the thrill level high.

So don't be surprised if at first your kids are happy with some jumping and landing on their bums and then suddenly you see the level of tricks being done changing and soon they will be asking to learn trampoline tricks like those found online.
