To start off, due to the economy, we need to realize that the people joining mlm companies is raising. More and more people are choosing to be in charge of their financial future, and they see the possibilities in network marketing. Unfortunately for most of those people coming into this industry, they will be taught techniques that will give them limited success. If a sponsor is trying to help, why would they limit their success? Easy, their sponsor and uplines are part of the 97%. The more you are in front of people, the more they want to know about you and your business, and see you as an authority figure. The second part of the mlm secret is SYSTEM. (Save YourSelf Time Energy & Money) Any person who is part of the top 3% in mlm has a system for their success. They have a system for everything. They have a focal point that they send all their leads to. They offer good content to those who follow them. They keep their name in front of their leads constantly, but in a friendly, casual way. They help their leads build their business, but make money in the process. The system allows them to only speak to those who are serious about building a business. These systems are the key to their success. These systems help them convert their daily leads into members of their mlm business on a daily basis without much intervention on their part. These dual parts to the MLM secret aren't complex. Yet they do take commitment, and success doesn't happen overnight. Set backs will occur for the 3% also, but what makes them part of the 3%, is that they will not make excuses about them. They figure out what the obstacle is and what's the solution. Then they move the obstacles out of their way! When these three things are put into place, you will be on your way to building a large downline and become part of the eluded 3% of the network marketing industry.
