Maltipoo - A Unique Breed of Dog
|
If you contact a breeder about a Maltipoo, ask them about the parents so that you can find out if they were purebreds or not. Keep in mind though that they will be selling those puppies for a very high price due to the expense they have involved in their purebreds. They can be sold from $1,250 to $2,000 or more each. The smaller teacup versions of a Maltipoo can sell for much more than that. You can find such breeders online if you are interested to see what they have to offer. Many of them will help arrange shipping of a Maltipoo that you purchase if you live far away. If you plan to buy this breed of dog in such a manner though you need to carefully evaluate the reputation of the breeder. A Maltipoo is going to be a small dog with a thick coat of curly hair. They have deep set faces and full ears that are fluffy. They offer many colors including variations of white, brown, tan, and black. They are great family pets and should be kept as an inside dog. They have a very mellow temperament which makes them even more loveable. They are highly intelligent and easy to train. The are easy enough to take care of but they do require plenty of attention. A Maltipoo is a social dog so make sure it gets the companionship it needs. They also don't shed very much so you can brush them to keep the coat nice. At the same time you won't have the problem of hairs all over your home. You can choose to get them many different hairstyles too that you do on your own or that a professional groomer offers. This is a great way to keep your Maltipoo looking beautiful. If you get a miniature size Maltipoo you do need to be very careful with them. They can be injured or killed if they get stepped on or the fall off something. Smaller breeds of dogs can experience some health concerns as well so you need to be aware of them. Make sure the veterinarian you use is well trained in caring for this breed of dog as well. About The Author: Kurtis Hoeck is new write for Articleclick.
