Stress, while obviously a natural bodily process that occurs via the nerves, is still not a good thing. The same can be likened to other diseases and ticks that occur in the body: cancer is surly a natural biological outcome, but does that make it a positive thing? Most certainly not. And while it may not seem like it to some, stress can be classified as a disease when it reaches the levels of extreme. When it inhabits the body frequently enough, and with enough force, it can do the person physical and mental harm that, worse of all, may go undetected in the guise of normalcy.
Unresolved and unhinged stress will lead to heart problems, muscle spasms, headaches, bodily strain, mood swings, and all the other vices of human emotion. In other words, stress is hardly ever a good thing; and more often than not, it is not under control.
So, do without stress. Abolish it, or at least bring it under your control. There are specific techniques available to do so. The principle way to go about stress is, well, to relax. But relaxation does not come easy to most people, and in fact they stress out directly because they do not know how to relax. But the key to relaxation is time management. Most stressed out workers do not know how to budget their time; because even in extreme cases is time still manageable. It just requires more foresight and strategy than usual.
But one of the main techniques in dealing with stress, a time honored one, in fact, if to vacate from your day to day routine. Have a getaway at a nearby resort and spa. This is plenty relaxing, and does not consume as much time as a foreign vacation will. The techniques inherent to a spa, that is to say that they are founded on ensuring their client's relaxation. This is brought about by a series of soothing baths, namely mud and mineral baths. These soothe and relax the body because of what gets absorbed through the pores of the skin, especially in respects to a bath in mineral water. Mud baths are in effect the opposite. They absorb toxicities out of the body through the pores of the skin. This not only provides for a healthy time at the spa, but will also soothe away any past stressors.
