Miracles In Life Should Be Cherished

Life is a journey that’s ever changing. We’re never sure where we will go, only where we’ve been. Along the way we may face challenges, disappointments, happiness, moments of glory, trials and tribulations, and the occasional miracle. Miracles in life should be cherished.

Life is full of miracles! Some are bigger than others, and some more recognizable as a miracle than others. But each of us will experience miracles throughout our life and we must learn to cherish them!

There are the little miracles that we see each day. Waking up, being alive, the sun rising, the birth of a baby bird, and the list could go on.

There are those extra special miracles like the birth of a baby, the miracle of having children, the miracle of watching them grow up. There’s the miracle of having a best friend that you know you can count on in good and bad times. There is the miracle of having a supportive family and the miracle of good health.

Then there those life changing miracles like having a second chance in life such as the miracle of surviving an accident or illness where you should have died, the miracle of recovering from that incident, and the miracle of getting a new lease on life. This type of miracle can have a profound affect on the way you think, act, and live.

Another life changing miracle affects sick children. Many of these children with the help of Children’s Hospital and organizations like the Variety Telethon go on to lead productive and full lives. Many children overcome their obstacles completely; others are given the tools to work within their limitations.

If you ever wondered if miracles really happen then visit a Children’s Hospital or participate in a Variety Telethon. You’ll know in a heart beat that miracles do happen and they happen often!

Miracles can often not be explained and are often part of great debates. Let’s start by defining what a miracle is. A miracle can be defined as a violation of the laws of nature. It can also be defined an event that appears inexplicable by the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God

Whether you choose to define a miracle philosophically, scientifically, religiously, or simply using common sense all would agree that a miracle is not a violation of any law but rather a positive outcome of those laws. Because once an event is defined as having supernatural causes it falls outside the scope of laws of nature all together.

Whether you believe a miracle is the result of an act of God or you believe a result of another cause, everyone will agree that you are very lucky and extra-ordinary special if you’ve been blessed with experiencing a miracle.

The question becomes what will you do with your new lease on life? Will you return to the habits of your past life? Will you use your experience to help others? Will you decide it’s time to make more out of life? Will you change your lifestyle?

What you do with the miracle you experienced is a personal choice. How many miracles you experience depends on your interpretation of what a miracle is. Every day you should experience small miracles and if you experience one life altering miracle in your lifetime you should consider yourself blessed and you should make sure that you make the most of that miracle!

Miracles in life should be cherished!
