It doesn't seem that long ago that Snoopy and The Red Baron had come to be and with them game the advent of the goggle. The goggle has been used for eye protection in aviators and motorcycles for many years. But times they are a changing with the advent of new lighter goggles, hundreds of styles of sunglasses, and the use of windshields and helmet visors to protect the modern day biker

These days with the ranges of shield choices available on the helmets many riders opt not to wear goggles or sunglasses at all. Instead they will opt for a tinted shield, either full or half to protect their eyes from the wind. Shields are also a good choice for anyone that wears prescription glasses and must purchase prescription sunglasses which may not have the ideal protection a motorcycle rider is seeking.

The days of the Red Baron goggles may be gone except in a nostalgic sense but they've been replaced with high tech and innovative eyewear designed to keep you safer and more comfortable while your ride.
