Muscle Scam Programs

Muscle Scam Programs - Tips To Spot Them

If you are looking to build muscle and get fit, there are hundreds of programs out there that will show you how to o it. But, unfortunately, unless you are willing to do hours and hours of research, it is difficult to know which program is a muscle scam and which program is legitimate. And the really unfortunate thing, you can spend hundreds of hours in the gym and more than a few dollars testing a system before you discover that it doesn't work and is just another muscle scam.

As I run a review site, I have committed a lot of time interviewing people and researching information on numerous muscle building programs. The 7 Minute Muscle program focuses on building body muscles in less than 7 minutes. So does this program show that you can actually build muscle in 7 minute time, or is it another muscle scam? The program sounds great. But what are the facts? Have there been any studies to support this statement? The author of this program is a bodybuilding expert that gives advice to professional trainers and encourages them to use his techniques. This system may be great for professionals, but will it work for ordinary people like you and me, or is it just another muscle scam?

If you've read many of my articles, or visited my site, you will know that I am not one who advocates the use of steroids. I am a bit of a purist when it comes to that subject. There are hundreds of stories involving early deaths and ruined athletic careers among those who have used steroids.

As far as I can see, the only ones who benefit from these programs are the companies that make, distribute, or promote them. In one company I've researched, the author discussed the amount of money that is generated by magazine ads. And most of these magazine ads represent large numbers of muscle scam products and programs.

As I mentioned in the beginning, there are literally hundreds of muscle scam programs and products out there. If you are looking for comprehensive information on a number of different systems, good review sites can be one of the best ways to compare multiple systems and avoid those that are muscle scam frauds.
