Focusing on highly targeted keywords

Keywords play a vital role in your search engine ranking as well as generating traffic for your website. There are various keyword research tools, used to extract relevant keywords for a particular websites. Some of them are WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, Yahoo Search Term Suggestion Tool, Google Adwords Keyword Suggestion Tool etc. Search engines prefer websites targeted towards the business words to which they are meant for so that they can meet the requirement of user. Content of your Website

While writing a webpage your aim should be to fulfill requirement of web visitors not only to please search engines. 250-500 words content can do well enough for a normal webpage. Optimize Meta tags and include Heading Tags

Keyword Meta tags is no longer appealing to search engines as they have been used for spamming for long time. Using H1, H3 tags can also help your website to rank well.

Keep your file sizes small and optimize images using the alt tag

If your files take long time to load users will simply click on back button and say goodbye to your website. As very few of us are aware about the fact that back button is the most used button on web browsers. For quick loading its best to specify image sizes on the page so the text can load before rendering the image. It is a good idea to minimize number of images, image quality or image size to minimize page load time. Use Alt tags for images to describe them.
