MyTino, beta 1.1, is a stage that facilitates the contracting of jobs between the provider of freelancer work—i.e.: the freelancer—and the buyer of said service. The job board (secondarily) social-business networking site provides buyers with an opportunity to meet with clients that would be otherwise unavailable, from overseas and similarly: online, with their strong connection to outsourcing as: “The World’s Leading Outsourcing Market,” but that is not all that MyTino does or is capable of. MyTino is dedicated to facilitating the job market for freelancers. It is for this reason that the creative means behind the community job board that is MyTino have also incorporated a comprehensive, third-party searching system that includes other job opportunities from various different online job boards: Craigslist, Sun Oasis, Journalism Jobs, and compiles them in one easy to use place, to save the average freelancer time and effort in their diligence to continue contracting employment. Buyers can purchase from a wide selection of freelancers with different specialties: logo design, web page design, authors, advertisers, creative minds, image-artists, others. In the Works section of MyTino’s job database is where providers can search through a company’s profile and advertisement for potential positions to apply for. From the 3d web-designer to the language translation freelance specialist, the various; available jobs (and ways to experience MyTino’s efficiency) are countless. To become a member of a pool from which buyers can browse for providers, users are encouraged to create profiles on MyTino. If you are selected, you and that employer will be able to further negotiate the specifics of your business relationship. At any given moment there are countless buyers sifting through work-offerings and potential-client profiles. The more patience, deliberateness and time one puts into his self-advertisement and profile is likely the superior candidate—viewed from perspective buyer eyes. For the proactive searcher of freelance opportunities, MyTino offers the ability for them to find and communicate with employers more directly. In searching for employee opportunities, the proactive freelancer is able to enter as many contests as he or she desires. MyTino, other than helping to bridge the gap between freelancers and the jobs they seek, also acts as an intermediary, facilitating all transactions between buyers and providers in use of the site. Perhaps this is one of MyTino’s greatest functions: providing a safe, open, comprehensive and secure arena for creators and buyers of freelance merchandise to congregate, establishing their market place. This is likely the reason that MyTino has established phenomenal growth since opening its site, so far only in beta version 1.1. MyTino continues to adapt its service to better serve the community. For freelancers, MyTino is one of the first official business-social-networking sites of the Web 2.0 era, and it is likely to continue to pave the innovative road to freelance freedom (for all parties involved).
